Bakery Team Member

Location: Madison, WI
Working Monday through Friday in the commissary bakery located at the Fitchburg Barriques location you will be responsibly partly or entirely for the production of the following items: scones, cookies, bars, breads, icing, and misc. other baked goods.  The ability to accurately follow a recipe and take direction is a must. Quality and accuracy are of the utmost importance.
General knowledge of mixing and making baked goods is preferred. Must be able to function under limited supervision. Able to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
 - Passionate about consistently delivering high quality bakery
 - 1 – 2 years experience in a bakery or food service position, preferred but not required
 - Ability to work well within a team, with daily deadlines.
 - Ability to lift up to 50lbs
 - Knowledge of bakery preparation and service standards, health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
 - Ability to read and adjust recipes with weights & measures, and menus
 - Ability to accept feedback and guidance, and seek guidance when needed
 - Good character, integrity, and adaptability
 - Desire and ability to learn and do tasks as assigned
 - Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-discipline

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm
